Advertise. We will advertise the property aggressively when tenants are needed. We provide signage, website advertising, rental lists and referrals. Our agents and only licensed professional real estate agents will show your property.
Screen. We will screen ALL applicants with a thorough investigation of all verification aspects: references, proof of income, and rental history. We require ample security deposits to secure the tenants promise and agreement of full compliance with the terms and conditions of the lease commitment.
Prepare. We prepare and provide all tenant/landlord paperwork, including applications, lease, management agreements, addenda and all other appropriate documentation to ensure properly documented steps and meet all legal standards required by the Colorado Department of Real Estate.
