Maintaining your Legendary home:
Before placing requesting service you should remember to check your breaker(s), reset buttons and GFI and check your air filter for clogging, etc.
Please call 911 for appropriate emergency response teams and then call our office at (480) 347-3600 to report your emergency. Emergencies include but are not limited to;

Your air conditioning is out and it is
93º for a period of 24 hours, or you have no heat and it's
50º for a period of 24 hours, you have no hot water for a period of 24 hours (please check your water heater)

You have an active water leak.
PLEASE SHUT OFF APPROPRIATE WATER SOURCES.
Any repairs that are caused by tenant will be charged to tenant (i.e. foreign object in toilet).
Tenants are responsible for changing refrigeration and heating filters. They should be changed once per month. Tenant may be held responsible for dirty/blocked filters. Routinely changing your air filters will also keep your air cleaner and cut energy costs. Owners will not pay for any unauthorized tenant repairs.
Tenant maintenance repair requests can be filled out online by simply logging in to your
Resident Portal or by sending in this
Repair Request with your next rental payment.
